The first step isn’t into an office—it’s onto the clinic floor.
Diamond Braces operates inside fast-paced orthodontic environments where coordination, speed, and precision define the workday. Built for early-career healthcare professionals, the organization positions itself as an entry point into real clinical experience—where learning happens in real time and growth follows performance. Altered State Productions developed a recruitment marketing campaign that brings candidates into that environment before they ever apply.
The campaign pulls candidates directly into the clinic rhythm. Assistants move chairside, trays reset in sequence, coordinators guide patient flow, and doctors transition without pause. Employee testimonial video moments are embedded within that pace, giving candidates a clear view of expectations and team dynamics. The recruitment marketing video frames the clinic as a system to step into, not a role to observe.
Built as a recruitment marketing video campaign, the content was distributed across TikTok video ads, Instagram video ads, LinkedIn recruitment video placements, and social media video advertising. Vertical formats match the speed of the clinic floor, while longer edits support career landing pages and application funnels. Each asset functions as both a professional recruitment video and a preview of real operational flow.
The rollout connects visibility to action. Platform-specific cutdowns and mobile-first formatting support video ads designed for recruitment, guiding candidates from scroll to application without breaking momentum. Hiring becomes continuous—content circulating, candidates engaging, clinics staying staffed.
A candidate scrolls, pauses, and watches a team move in sync across the operatory floor—hands steady, timing precise.
They’re not just watching the work.
They’re already on the floor.
